    • We strive to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
    • Product availability is subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified and offered a replacement or refund.

    • All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated.

    4. Orders

    • Orders are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Lamaan Touch.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen circumstances.

    • Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after payment confirmation.

    6. Delivery

    • Delivery is available within Kuwait.
    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
    • Additional delivery charges may apply for certain areas.

    7. Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is:
      • Unused.
      • In its original condition.
      • With all original tags and packaging attached.
    • Requests for exchange or return must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • For hygiene reasons, accessories, earrings, beauty products, and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless received damaged or incorrect.
    • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Lamaan Touch.

    8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos. We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution.

    9. Order Cancellation

    Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    All images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and content published by Lamaan Touch are the exclusive property of Lamaan Touch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
